This has been a busy Summer, in preparation for the move to Phoenix, my friend Peter and I have been traveling... first to Coral Springs, Florida for a couple weeks to visit with my daughter and family.. then to Denver, Colorado, to visit with Big Mama, who is 93 years old and still very active, also Peter's daughter lives there, she introduced us to Bison for the first time... The artist group TAWU had a farewell gathering, I am moving to Phoenix and another artist, Esther Osayande, is moving to New York. It was a great time of sharing with artists, friends and family...
In August, we took a drive to Thunder Bay, Ontario, what a beautiful drive up through northern Minnesota, the scenery was awesome.
In September, a group of Peter's family have been vacationing in Cancun, Mexico every year, we have been before and will attend this year at the beautiful and all inclusive resort of Barcelo... I hope we miss the hurricane weather!
There will be one more trip before we leave the area.. we will visit Mt. Rushmore in South Dakota, somthing I've always wanted to do and now's the time...
